1. After logging in, click the Profile icon and select "Security" as shown in the image below. 


2. Click "Change" under Basic Authentication.


3. Enter item (1) to (3) and click "Send code", then enter the code received from the registered e-mail address in (4) and click "Confirm".



(1) Current password

(2) New password (at least 8 characters including upper and lower case alphanumeric characters)

(3) Confirm your new password

(4) Enter the code that was sent to your registered e-mail address

(5) Enter the 2-step verification code.



4. When the Success dialogue appears as shown in the image below, your password has been changed successfully. 


Once the password has been successfully changed, deposits and withdrawals will not be available for 24 hours for security purposes.






How to change your password if you have forgotten it


Click the "Forgot Password?" button in the red frame of the login screen.



2. enter the registered e-mail address shown in the red frame of the image and click "Send".




3. Enter the code received in your registered e-mail address in ① and click "Submit" after entering items ② and ③.


(1) Enter the code received in your registered e-mail address.

The code must be entered within 30 seconds after it is issued. (If you did not enter the code on time, please click "Resend code" to reissue the code.

(2) New password (at least 8 characters including upper and lower case alphanumeric characters)

(3)Confirm the new password.



When the screen appears as shown in the image below, your password change has been completed.


Once the password has been successfully changed, deposits and withdrawals will not be available for 24 hours for security purposes.
