1.After logging in, click “Wallets” in the upper right and select “My Wallet” from the list.
2.Select crypto currency you wish to deposit in item (1) or (2).
3.Click "Create ADA Address" button to create a deposit address.
(This screen is only displayed one time when creating an address).
4.Deposit crypto currencies from an external exchange, wallet service, etc. to the address for deposit.
(1) Network: Select the network you wish to use.
(2) Deposit address: Wallet address for deposit.
(3) QR Code: When depositing at an external exchange, scan the QR code to display the wallet address.
5.Confirm that the deposited crypto currencies are reflected in the wallet.
After depositing from an external source, your wallet should reflect the deposit within a short period of time. If it is not reflected, please log in again or refresh your browser.
If your deposit is not reflected in your wallet after a few days, please contact our customer support with the following information.
